Material from the SP Racing and related services, may not be copied, distributed or transmitted in any manner unless permitted by SP Racing. Users of the site can download a copy of some or all of the material for personal, noncommercial use, provided that you will not modify the material in any way, nor will switch off or change anything related to copyright and brand authenticity. All material on this site is provided for lawful use only.

Limitations of liability

SP Racing is not liable for technical errors of any type, both the computer and the software that uses, for problems connecting to the network or for incomplete, ambiguous or delayed transmissions. In no event shall be liable for damages resulting from the use of this hardware address. SP Racing can also provide connection with other network addresses but it does not support these addresses and is not responsible for their content or for any link contained in a linked address

Privacy statement

When you send an online request, the information you provide to us is used to respond to you and your questions and only. We consider requests that you fill in and e-mail correspondence that you send as private, and that includes yours, true information. We do not transmit or share such content but with the recipient directly or by law, provided a request or if the content of the message affect us by any means.

SP Racing reserves the right to keep, for its own use, the data that users voluntarily register on the site. Respecting the privacy of visitors to site, stating that it does not rent, sell or Exchange information related to the user file.

Order

The amounts listed on the site include VAT 23%, but does not include transportation and handling costs. SP Racing assumes no responsibility for anything that happens beyond our control, i.e. is not responsible for lost, late orders or interrupting telephone, electricity network, software program or decay of other systems. Nevertheless, it remains at the disposal of its customers for smoothing out any problems.

Delivery

Product delivery takes place, after SP Racing receives the whole order amount and confirms with the client the authenticity of the order and recipient data supplied by the user. The delivery is made directly after the date of order confirmation. Delivery time period does not include delivery delays caused by strikes or other unexpected situations (weather conditions etc.) and for which no responsibility lies by SP Racing.
